About Us
Sidellis Brewery
Established in 2015, Sidellis is a local brewing institution with a focus on Barrel Aged and Interesting Beers. The owners, Chris Sidell and Steve Canali have a passion for beer and the joy it brings to our customers. Sidellis Brewhouse offers a cozy mountain atmosphere complete with a backyard beer garden during the summer months.
Chris Sidell
Chris Sidell moved from Australia to Lake Tahoe in 2003, he begun school at Lake Tahoe Community College and then transferred to UC Davis where he graduated with a degree in Fermentation Science. In 2015 he brought his brewery idea to life using his degree and love for brewing to South Lake Tahoe.
Steve Canali
Brewer Steve has been a fixture in the Tahoe Brew scene for years! Chris and Steve met in 2010 and worked together at the now defunked Brewery at Lake Tahoe. Steve is the true creative behind Sidellis' intriguing and unusual beer selections.
Mug Club
The Mug Club of Sidellis is an exclusive club offering a yearly membership which includes a personalized ceramic mug, invites to special invites and releases. This exclusive club is limited to 101 members each year. Membership spots open January 2nd each year, inquire with the bartender for more information.
Community outreach
Sidellis is a well connected business in South Lake Tahoe that takes pride in supporting several of our communities ventures. This includes Tahoe Pride, Ally scholarship fund, SOS Outreach, and The Boys and Girls Club. We enjoy hosting and donating to events through out the year.
